
Badr E Shargh Project
As part of the Badr E. Shargh Project, HydroPars designed and manufactured a custom-engineered Chemical Injection Package to ensure the precise dosing of O₂ Scavenger, Ammonia, and Scale Inhibitor in the oil and gas production process. This system was developed to address critical challenges, including oxygen-induced corrosion, pH control, and scale prevention in pipelines and processing equipment.
The package consists of multiple injection skids, each equipped with high-precision metering pumps, corrosion-resistant storage tanks, and an advanced automation system for real-time monitoring and precise chemical dosing. Engineered for seamless integration into the existing infrastructure, the system is designed to operate under harsh field conditions, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency.
